Coil Heaters

Our Mini-Tubular coil heater is adaptable to a wide range of applications. The basic constituents of Mini-Tubular are drawn alloy cable, compacted magnesium oxide and a helical or straight resistance element. The Mini-Tubular heater is flexible enough and can be formed into many shapes depending upon the application. Moreover the small diameters and cross-sections prove to be beneficial in providing heat in tight spaces where most of the heaters cannot be installed. The spiral design of the heater enables them to provide heat to the full circumference of the part.

The small diameter Mini-Tubular Band Heaters at 3/4″ and 7/8″ inside diameter are exact OEM replacements. You can also find out a square profile design that is beneficial in increasing the surface contact for improved conductive heat transfer. The thermocouple placed internally is responsible for accurate temperature monitoring and control.
